Our popular ranch plan can be built with or without the basement.

This plan features a larger living room, full-width front porch, and a full dining area as compared to the standard ranch plan.  The addition of a service door on the garage allows for easy access to the garage, and the all-important drop spot for online shopping delivery. Without the crawl space hatch in the laundry room, the floor space is opened up for a larger washer/dryer set up, or even folding table with utility sink.  A multitude of window options around the dining area and great rom allow for panoramic views looking northwest.
