The upper level features 2 traditional bedrooms, plus a 4th, bonus/bedroom above the garage that is 320 sqft. Enjoy panoramic views through your 9' slider of the common area, marina, and the channel. Basement can be finished for additional space.
Standard Plan
Our Standard plan features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1,740 sqft. Similar overall floor plan as our Standard+ plan. Features main floor primary, 16' ceilings in the great room, panoramic views, two bedrooms upstairs, and the basement can be finished for additional square footage, including a future bathroom and bedroom.
Ranch Plan
Our ranch plan features two variations of the plan depending on whether you are looking for basement or not! Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and either 1,350 sqft for homes built on full basements, or 1,214 for homes built on crawl spaces. Both plans feature covered front porches, main floor laundry, large kitchen and primary suite, and panoramic views.
